Many people have asked about the safety, durability and use of our products. Some of the most common questions are answered below for your convenience.

1. How much space will I need for storage?
Although our products vary in size, the majority fit approximately into a 1.5 yards x 1 yard x 1 yard bundle, depending how tightly it is rolled up. We also sell a specially designed trolley for easy and convenient transport.

2. How do you keep mold and mildew off?
The inflatables are all made from materials that limit the growth of mold and mildew.

However, for maximum product life and durability we also recommend that you dry off the inflatable after each use by lifting out the inflated product out of the pool with the blower still on and leaving it laying on a dry surface. The warm air from inside the inflatable will dry it. 1/2 an hour to an hour is recommended.

3. How long does it take to deflate?
Most products take approximately 5-10 minutes. There are several zips covered by a Velcro flaps, which should be opened to speed up the deflating process (PLEASE ensure you close these flaps prior to re-use).

4. What happens if there is a hole?
We take great care and always test each product. Our products are always double, and in some areas, triple stitched using a special seaming system.

Should a problem occur within your product's warranty period, we honor our commitment and will arrange for repairs or replacement of the product.

However, in the event a hole is found, the products can be glued or restitched. We also offer a repair kit and instructions.
