Our inflatable does not inflate as it used to, and is quite soft when the children use it. Why is this & what can we do about it?

Because the continuous air flow inflatables are mainly sewn together there are many tiny needle holes which do leak air over time - although the holes are very small, they open up slightly. This causes more air to leak out, thus the inflatable does not stay tight.

The solution is to use a second small blower or a larger heavy duty blower with more air pressure. Provision is made during manufacture to fit 2 blowers if necessary with 2 outlet tubes - one of which is sealed until needed.

How do I prevent mildew in the inflatable?

Mildew is not usually a problem if the inflatable is stored correctly. The easiest way to prevent mildew is to ensure the inflatable is not stored wet. It is very easy to dry by simply leaving the inflatable on the pool-side after use, with the blower still running. The warm air is pumped in and it dries from the inside very quickly. Excess water on the outside can be dried off with cloths.

How do I know if the correct air pressure is being used for my inflatable?

An easy method to check if the air pressure is correct is to ensure that the inflated tubes or pads are tight to walk on. It is extremely important that the correct pressure is maintained for the safety of users and for prolonging the lifespan of the inflatable.

How many children should be on the inflatable at any one time?

This is a frequently asked question and very difficult to answer. Refer to the User Manual. Common sense must prevail, as it depends on several factors i.e. the size and type of inflatable, and the ages and weights of the children using it.
